Does anyone remember the hype preceding that piece o'shit film THE HULK? Fantastic Four is also getting the mega-hype waybefore opening day.
-
little bit of difference though...F4 doesn't have anywhere near the amount of CGI that The Hulk contained.

...And this is supposed to be a reliable indicator of a good modern movie?
I'm waiting for the film version of The Interesting Four (http://snl.jt.org/detail.php?i=2171), instead.

I always love when they are doing the fast food promotions well before the movie is out. Seems sketchy to me.
-
I'm waiting for the '06 release of the Marvel THOR (http://www.flickr.com/photos/stoned-thor/sets/274424/show/) movie.
-
I am waiting for Cynicalman to come out.

didn't say that...just making the point that the biggest suck factor of Hulk was the overdone CGI, apparently this isn't the case with F4.
while on the subject of comic books to movies...upcoming releases over the next few years are...X3, Spiderman3, Ghost Rider, V for Vendetta, Iron Man (still in script stage), another Superman, Silver Surfer, Capt. America and Nick Fury...and the list goes on and on...

I think F4 has an even better chance at being a real stinker considering that there was a much larger built in audience for Hulk.
-
Dan Ackroyd certainly won't give The Fantastic Four a thumb's up.

i thought the hulk stunk because ang lee tried to turn it into an "art" film
