I don't know who Tim Virgin and I thought WHFS played latin music now.

 what was WHFS turned in to "el sol" and dissappeared for a while, but the call letters were resurrected on 105.7 in baltimore... now part of Infinity's "free FM" network, they carry some of the content produced by WJFK 106.7 here in DC.

The only reason I know him is because my sister used to hang out with him in Chicago before he came here.
