Im picking up some friends from Wisconsin and then hweading over to DC9, is there anywhere to park there?

if its a weekend, go a little extra early.
 
 it's within close vicinity of 930, velvet and blackcat.

you could park on wisconsin and take the bus/metro

According to google maps she lives about 4 miles from dc9 so I think we'll cab from her place.

I've never had an issue with finding parking whenever I go to DC9. Having said that, I don't usually go there on Friday or Sat. night. I would say this though---if you can't find parking on U St (near the intersection of U and 9th) or on 9th, keeping driving south past the club and you'll see some neighborhoody streets. I've always found parking on at least one of those backstreets.

parking is very easy no matter what day. never had problems.

I pakered about a block down 9th street, didnt have trouble finding parking. Although it was my first time at DC9 and we had no idea where it was. We guessed and ended up right in front of the club.
 
 The floor shook. Everyone was incredibly sweaty.
