From an email I received:
Here's a sneak peak of Wes Freed's cover art for Drive-By Truckers' new album, The Dirty South!
<img src="http://images.musictoday.com/stores/images/drivebytruckers/coverart.jpg" alt=" - " />
It's not out until August 24th, but we're giving you the chance to pre-order The Dirty South, so it will be in your mailbox before anyone else has it!
We're taking pre-orders beginning July 6th at:
DriveByTruckers.com and NewWestRecords.com

I'm feeling lazy O'Rotten One...What are the dates for those shows? And is that a good venue?
I was waiting for something a little closer, but nothing's popping up. I may need to travel to VA for my summer DBT fix.

>>> the dates are 7/23 & 7/24.....Friday & Saturday night!......can't beat that....the whole weekend in Richmond.....and it won't cost you an arm & a leg to visit......the last time I saw them at Alley Katz in Richmond was at the beginning of the year....2 hours and 45 minutes...and 2 fifths of Jack later they finished...wow.....for 12 bucks....reminded me of the last Crazy Horse show I saw in Cali...
