Title: Quest for the syph
Post by: thirsty moore on September 21, 2005, 11:32:00 am
Inspired by PC's hopes, you all can follow along in my daily adventures.

Today I went to Au Bon Pain for breakfast.  Got a bagel and some muesli.

 Still no syph.

I got a sandwich at Au Bon Pain yesterday. In front of me, there was a 30-ish priest who was bitching to the poor African guy working there about the (lack of) quality of the bread. "C'mon, your store is called 'The Good Bread'" went his argument. Maybe his grumpiness was caused by having the syph.

IF this is updated regularly, it should be interesting.

Someone needs to start a blog called "I want Carlos D to give me herpes" which would then be about their daily misadventures trying to get the venerial disease from the Interpol bass player.

Just ate lunch at Julia's Empanadas in Dupont.  For 3 dollars 50, I thought for sure I would get syph.  Instead, all I ended up with was "chorizo."

Econo - people generally do not get "the syph" from eating, just to let you know.

I'll let someone else make the joke.

Since I've got a girlfriend, I don't know how else I'll get it.

Ok, well syph can lead to madness. There are plenty of crazy people who post on this board, some of them even posted on this thread. Perhaps you should check them out.

Syph induced madness does explain alot of BadSushi's problems.

'twas an eventful evening for me last night.  Dinner at Lauriol and pitchers at the Red Room.  Still no chancre.

Does it have to be syph or will any STD do? I am feeling pretty itchy today.

I saw Pam Anderson on TV.  She said we all should do as she does and give blood to the Red Cross hurricane relief effort.

Doesn't ol' Pam (http://www.worth1000.com/cache/gallery/contestcache.asp?contest_id=7003&display=photoshop) have Hep-C???  So if you are questing the Slyph, I'd head to New Orleans and beg for a transfusion.

I'm afraid that's the best you can do for now.

Recent detective work has turned up these leads.

 -- Saturday
 -- In a park
-- May or may not have been on July 4
