Title: CVS gearing up for 10/21 onslaught
Post by: crowes654 on September 26, 2006, 10:25:00 pm
Apparently, CVS stores in DC have ordered up to 2-3 times as much makeup and hairspray in preparation for the upcoming Good Charlotte show at the 930 club.

It is believed that these true-to-the-core punk rockers will account for much of the increased demand, with the rest swallowed up by their hardcore punk rocker fans.

 Fuck corporate rock....long live punk!!!!

I saw a picture the other day that I thought was Good Charlotte but am not really sure at all. If so, they looked like they traded in their Punk uniforms for Interpol's old duds. Can anyone confirm this?

corporate pop-punk has been embracing (exploiting?) gothic imagery a lot lately, kind of bizarre

Retail hasn't seen anything like this since the Whole Foods free for all on patchouli oil and Dr. Bonner's Peppermint soap during the last Black Crowes tour.
