yes

Uh huh
-
yah

One of the best venues in the country. Definitely check it out. Easy to get to from any place in the city.
-
You might be disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm the crowd shows, but then it depends on what shows you go and see. People rarely get as animated here as they do in the UK.
FYI,
DC has 3 great venues I can highly recommend....

There's too many Brits if you ask me.
But since you didn't, the 9:30 Club is the best in the area.

Yep, but there are never enough Brit impersonators in their Ben Sherman shirts... I have not seen the girls with the union jack tattoo for a while either.

Actually, I've moved up to the suits, thank you.

I'm pretty sure I included her in my photo essay from the Euro Post:

Ben Sherman?
Suits have to be Paul Smith or ermm, well nothing I am afraid.
And I am not sure I am ready for seeing you in nothing.
I already saw your soccer babes. 29 soccer babes, 2 million fat sweaty blokes all pissed up and with sunburn. Is that why you like football?

I've got one of those too, but they're very hard to find in the States, especially out west. I didn't care for the collection in New York, so next time I'm in England....

I'm not fat and sweaty, so it does play into my favor, so we'll call it one of the many reasons I like football.

There is nothing worse than trying to wind you up and getting over earnest answers....
Well if you get to England try and find a Paul Smith sale shop.
Personally, I have worn a suit once, and that was to get married. It was Paul Smith though.
I bet I could make you fat and sweaty.

I used to try that with you too, but Mankie said that you would outlast me everytime because its part of being where you're from. I do poke at your one sensitivity - you're a proud Brit. Now I just out wit you aahahahahahahah.
And I'm just going to ignore the fat and sweaty comment.
xkissthestarsx, enjoy your stay in DC. I hope that some popular Brit band that would normally play to 20,000 people in Engerland plays to 500 people in the 9:30 club while you're here.

That was more confusing than your post on civil liberties and the supreme court rulings.

Just like tomorrow, with the not sold out yet, Streets and Dizzee Rascal show. YAY!
