Title: spankin "new" music week
Post by: paige on January 15, 2003, 09:59:00 pm: saw a commercial on mtv2 about this week of all "new" bands... The Donnas The Used Simple Plan (who are they?) New Found Glory Good Charlottewith the exception of a simple plan... haven't all of these bands been around for a while? the donnas and new found glory have released quite a good amount of albums (well at least to be taken out of the "new" category). what the hell is up with this? does mtv think its cool to 're-discover' bands that have been around, re package them and act like they're the next biggest thing? bitches.

The "buzz bin" wasn't around long before it could be appropriately named the " 'this is totally bandwagon music that is hardly on the cutting edge' bin."
