 We are very pleased to be able to announce that REM will be touring the UK throughout Summer 2005, tickets will go on sale Saturday, 18 September. However, NME.COM readers will be able to pre-order tickets as they go on pre-sale tomorrow (16 September) morning at 10am. Just click here from then to book for any of the following shows.
 
 Hull â?? KC Stadium, Lancashire County Cricket Ground, Loch Lomond Balllach Park, Cardiff Millennium Arena and London Hyde Park.

Definitely pre-planning in it's most dedicated form. The crazy thing is that if it was one of my favorite bands coming to DC, I might actually participate in a pre-sale that far in advance.
