single day tickets don't go on sale until May 19th though and only if they are still available.

I'm awfully tempted by a one day VIP pass for the first day. Wonder if they have to be bought in pairs like last year, if it's will be even available when it goes on sale.

My interest levels just went way up.  There are definitely enough acts there that I'd love to see to make $200 bucks worth it.

I know it's much much too earlier to expect it, but any idea when the schedule is made public?

nothing i'm going to regret missing for the rest of my life, but definitely two days of good sounds.

hope it sells well and goes off fabulous!

so i can go next year!

so does this mean they are kinda doing a "buzz life" tent like they use to do at the old hfstivals, hence sasha and digweed, crystal method, etc? DEEP DISH! now that's some rockin' news. i haven't seen them dj in a long long time.

The "buzztent" alone is amazing.

Who do we think are the mainstagers? I can see some heartrending choices between bands. There's easily 8 "can't miss" acts on day 2.

I would guess they will play prior to the pumkins, not compete against them.

I'm hoping they compete.  It would make the headliner decision so much easier than last year.

I wouldn't mind them competing. The stoners and moshkids can go see 311 and leave us Pumpkins fans in peace.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned anything about the sans ticket charges at R&TT's and Macy's. Is this a Ticketmaster purchase? My guess is that there is some kind of deal that discounts the ticket itself to flush out the service charges. Not that it's any of my business how it all works out but, none the less, I think that's a win/win for everyone involved. Good move!
