Title: Need help finding name of artist

I know I am going to sound real stupid here but I cannot for the life of me remember this guys nam. He's played at the club a couple times. He's Italian but is from Scottland and has a really strong accent. Music is him and his accoustic guitar mainly. Thanks for any help. Please no nasty comments just trying to find this guy.  ;)

my bad i thought Paolo toured with a band instead of solo....
