Title: Bloc Party on Demand
Post by: kosmo vinyl on August 06, 2005, 02:33:00 pm
If you have Comcast with On-Demand besure to checkout the Concert selections under Music as the two part Bloc Party show there was filmed at the Black Cat show in April.  Can't remember it being filmed, but it was the last date of the first US tour as mentioned in the video.  Only annoying bit is they bleep out a couple "naughty words".  If you were up front it's likely you'll see yer mug.

There will be a Yeah Yeah Yeahs concert added to OnDemand next Monday, August 15. For all the money I pay for cable, OnDemand makes it worth it. I can actually watch music videos and concerts!

Here's the roster of current and upcoming videos/shows under the
 Music (http://comcast.m0.net/m/p/com/mic/search.asp?c=Music&linkpage=Music.asp&email=&cmp=&custom=) category.

as far as the on demand stuff goes for regular television stuff, they don't rotate the content nearly enough.
for instance, the majority of what's available for comedy central on demand is stuff i absolutely hate, like strangers with candy.  there's probably a reason why that show didn't last very long.

I know...it's what will keep me with digital, even though I find it all too expensive, blah blah.
