Title: The Stooges

The Stooges have announced dates and I was surprised that there was no date in D.C. I hope they play at 9:30, so I do not have to drive up to Philly.

Seth had said something recently about them only wanting to play theaters or not play bars or something.

Yeah, all of the venues already announced are much bigger, so I would doubt that we'd be seeing them at the 9:30. But I would LOVE that very much if it were to happen!

They are playing the Electric Factory, which is by no definition a theater.  I don't see why they would play there but not the 9:30.  Boston on Easter break!

so they want a theater?  DC has theaters (warner, lincoln, howard, kennedy, etc).  so that's not the limiting factor...

Iggy hardly ever plays DC.  It's been over 5 years since his last visit, and I don't even remember his last show here before that.
 
 The Stooges with Mike Watt on bass are a great live act.  Hope I can make one.
