Title: Roommate needed near Shady Grove metro

1 bedroom available in 3 bedroom townhouse. Share bathroom/kitchen/livingroom. Laundry is right outside your door.
 
 Parking available, tennis courts, walking trail behind the house. Short drive to mall, Rio, starbucks and gym. We have 1 small dog, no other pets allowed.
 
 We're: 1 female (3rd floor), 1 male (2nd floor), 20's, rarely home, laid back. Smoking is ok outside. Drinking is ok inside especially if sharing with us.  
 
 Available February 1st.
