Title: Up for a challenge? Name this song/artist!

I heard a song today and couldn't catch the name of the song or artist. It sounded like an early punk song. Girl singer. The lyrics mentioned boobs and waves. I think the name of the band even had the word "Punk" in it. I'm posting it here because I know there are alot of knowledgeble music fans. Thanks for the help!

Yes I am. Obviously you were listening too. I didn't think anyone would care about that. Some people like to figure out things like this and I was hoping to get a little help. And who wouldn't want to try to win an ipod?

I only heard a couple seconds of it before they started talking over it and taking calls.  I have no idea what song it is.

Its "Tits on the Radio" by the Scissor Sisters.  Punk Rawk.
