Can McDonald's do that to the visibly obese? Because there are way too many enormous people eating at my local McDonald's. And I'm not talking soft around the gut like me...I'm talking concern-for-their-life worthy.
Also, do I sound like Rhett?

No, but you're starting to form an uncanny resemblance to him, especially around the mid section :p

The cashiers should recommend the salad options.

You should have seen me pre-marathon training...it wasn't a pretty sight. Desk jobs aren't not good for your health.

try living in woodley park and getting a daily dose of tourists struggling to walk uphill to the zoo

But seriously...I'm concerned about some of these people. A woman at here at my current office eats McDonald's for two meals a day. Oof.

lucky for me, the local mcdonalds appears to have switched their cooking oil in response to concerns about trans fat. it's lucky for me because it seems this new cooking liquid is soy based, and i have soy allergies. either that, or it's olestra. . in any case, i can't have stuff cooked in either one.

The cashiers are making $6 an hour do you think they care about the people they're waiting on? No. They want their customers to die.
