Title: 9:30 Club was just named "Best Music Venue" in

It's in the new April 2007 issue.  The 2007 Esky music awards.  They say:
 
 "Great sight lines on the floor, tiered balconies, four easily accessible bars, and an intimate basement bar perfect for escaping opening acts."
 
 Congratulations to everyone.  Congratulations to Seth?  Seth is the booker at the 9:30 club?  
 
 They're correct in their assessment.  I loved the OLD 9:30 club, too, though.
 
 And just so you don't think they're giving some of the other awards to Hinder and Bono we've got:
 
 Best Group: The Raconteurs
 Best Songwriter: The Hold Steady's Craig Finn
 Best Live Band: My Morning Jacket
 Best Solo Debut: Albert Hammond Jr.
 Best Heartbreaker: Feist
 Most Prescient Visionary: Danger Mouse
 Best Soundtrack for Getting Off Your Ass: LCD Soundsystem
 Best Sense of Style: Ben Kweller
 Best Drummer: Julian Doro of The Whigs
 Best Album by a Terrible Live Band: St. Elsewhere, Gnarls Barkley
 Best Album by an Amazing Live Band: Return to Cookie Mountain, T.V. on the Radio
 
 Amongst, other awards.
 
 I've heard that Albert Hammond Jr. album is pretty good.  I may come down and see him on April 5th.  That's an early show isn't it?

I travel from Pa to see my favorite bands play at 9:30 club.

4 bars, excluding the Backbar?  Are they counting the Kahlua/Coffee/Cigarette place by the stairs?
