They are LA-based, and they sound/ed a whole helluva lot like early Weezer.

People cried over the breakup of Ozma?

PLENTY.

I'm guessing you are at least somewhat of a mild fan, to at least a small extent; due to your RK fandom?

I must have seen one of their last shows.  They opened for Nada Surf, and most of the crowd left after Ozma played.  I thought they were awful.

christ, did not realize it was so long ago, the show  was at the black cat Sunday, Sept. 28, 2003

their fans didnt even stay for 1 song of nada surf, so i say screw them, pretty sure i still would not like them

that's really, really, very weird; most Ozma fans are associated in the whole Nada Surf-fandom group, too.  i don't know what was with them.

Daniel, from Ozma, also plays in the Elected (you may have heard them) with Blake + others from Rilo Kiley.

I don't think they're awful but I would never go see the band as a headliner or buy another of their albums.

OMFG....this is the biggest reunite since PINK FLOYD for live 8!!!

They obviously got sick of flipping burgers and driving school buses etc.

Wow that was some pretty awful stuff. I had hopes for the Tetris theme but no such luck.

Why do people freak out over small time bands getting back together? I agree...they got tired of flipping burgers and talking about "remember that time we were on the road..."
