BIRMINGHAM: A federal appeals court Wednesday upheld a 1998 Alabama law banning the sale of sex toys in the state, ruling the Constitution doesn't include a right to sexual privacy.
In a 2-1 decision, a three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the state has a right to police the sale of devices that can be sexually stimulating.

Hope that doesn't extend to the right to consume Payday candy bars! :D

I'm quite shocked Rhett has had no comment on this thread yet. What with his love of all things southern and discussing his sex life and preferences all the time, you'd think this topic would be right up his alley!

What do you want me to say?
Ok, let me try.
Typical uptight American reaction to sex.
The fact that it's the South really has nothing to do with it.
Though I will add...I think the South has the most sexually freaky people of any region in the country.
How's that?

It's like Catholics back in the day when folks actually followed certain church edicts -- the more you repress, the louder and stronger (and freakier) the rebellion!
