 The page says you may need to refresh it to see the music links once the concert starts.  So, refresh it around 7:45 and hopefully the necessary links to hear the concert will be on the page.

haha.  "i don't think this crowd is making enough noise" says announcer.  dc crowds are laaaaaaaaaame when it comes to cheering for the encore.
