Rhett, Jude Law doesn't talk like that because he's a member of the bourgeois, it's because he's English.  You see, in other countries besides America they speak English too.  Jude was born in England (the country they actually named the language after!).  The way they speak the language there sounds just a little different than here.  This happens when the speaker emphasizes different syllables or varies his pitch or tone differently than we do in America.
