Inevitably, I bought the Dead 60s album in a fury of a purchase at Revolution Records a while back, but haven't listened to it yet. What's the recommendation on them live?
And then, what's the story with Bullets and Octane.
Oh how I wish Dead 60s were the second band. I'd prefer to make tomorrow a 2.5 hour night at the club rather than 4...

Same here. I'm curious about the Dead 60's, but I'm not sure I'm up for that long of night. It's been a hectic couple of weeks. I may just show up in time for Social D. The Dead 60's will probably play the Black Cat relatively soon anyway.

the Dead 60's were a bit of a disappointment... a bit like Supergrass solid at what they do, but straying far from the clean cut image.

Every single person I know that went to the Garbage show a few months back said the Dead 60's were alot of fun live, much better than they come off on their cd.

I saw the dead 60's when they were opening for The Bravery, and I thought they were alright, I dug'em.
Is Bullets And Octane then name of one band? Or is that the name for two of them?

hmm that was pretty uninspiring... (I guess this answers my earlier question).
