Title: Dylan/Nelson Thurs Show:Any Info on Pkg Lot Opening?

What time do lots open?  Gates?
 Is some General Admission seating under cover?

If your are referring to the show at Ripken Stadium is my understanding that gates open at 5:30.  I don't think seats are under cover.
