Does anyone have any details about the Foo Fighters Pre-Sale that starts tomorrow?

so will four presales take place for this show? i.e. weezer, foo fighters, imp, dc101?  and which kick off first.

not wanting ga for the last weezer show in bawlmer, i kept refreshing during the presale on the lower bowl until a good section came up... are there any good sections in the lower bowl at the stinky center?

of course the better question is to they need a dj for this show   :D   Swagger the Musical is ready to hit the road!

aw, that's a shame....although I wouldn't call myself a Foo Fighters fan I do enjoy their stuff, but I do admire David Grohl...or should I say I did until I just found out about a 'pre-sale'. I always assumed he would be above that crap.

I'm going for G.A., so I think it'll be easy.  Their last show at Patriot didn't even sell out, and I don't think they've gotten much bigger since...In fact, seems to me the last album was a bigger seller, but that's just my perception.

Damned if the presale didnt screw up on me.  I wanted reserved.  Had 130 AA.  Click on the button to buy them and it gave me an error sying the tickets werent available.  That sucks...  Got 101 AA which is one section over.  COuld be a lot worse I guess!

 See y'all at the show.

I got GA.

It looks like they are already going for double the cost (http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/tix/93295383.html)

The only time scalpers ever bother me is when they sell the tickets after the presale, but before the regular sale. They should have the common decency to wait.

Then again, if people are stupid enough...

I got the FF newsletter and the weezer one as well. All used the same password.

I got only one GA -- I also got Meadowlands tickets, and we found out there you could only pull up GA if you tried one at a time (and you have to put in Best Available, not GA -- it's all such an insane clusterfuck).

Worked once for Patriot Center; now I keep getting crappy single seats.  So, now I have to try Saturday for GA...If anyone wants to help, I welcome the assistance!   ;)

By the way, it was a Foo Fighters presale as well.  Those newsletters show up in your email late, though -- I got mine late last night.  I've noticed that I often get them 2-3 days after they're sent, and after the presales.

all this... not to mention that it wasn't on sale at 10am... atleast for me.  It was like 10:05.  First seats that came up for me were section 117...  Then somewhere else.  I almost bought them, but found it hard to believe that the floor was sold out that fast.  Good thing I waited and got two GA tickets.  Anyone know the capacity of the Patriot Center?

actually i got the foo newsletter as well, it was sent to an email address i don't check every day... kinda silly they used the same presale pw for six shows.

It's ~10,000 seats for basketball. Obviously, for a concert, the stage takes up a chunk of those, but I'd imagine it's (at least) offset by the floor being open for people.

well i noticed the lateness of the start... figured i blink at the wrong time and wasn't able to get a close reserved seat.

for the baltimore weezer presale a couple years back  , i kept refreshing until a section i wanted a seat in came up. it worked it's way from the front backwards.  wonder if they are randomizing tickets now as a way to thrawt scalpers.

As someone who's been trying the Patriot pre-sale for over an hour, I can attest that there have been MUCH better seats crop up in the last 20 minutes or so.  At 10:07 I was getting secion 109, then about 15 minutes ago I got secion 116.

 But, I wait for GA...

I went for the reserved. (114 - I've sat in the same section before. Not too bad. I wouldn't see a thing in GA!) I bought an extra, details to figure later.
The pre-sale didn't open for me until after ten o'clock (using ticketbastarder main).
I then used the 9:30 link to pre-sale. This link  opened right away.
 Thanks, 930.

I didn't have patience to keep going back. But wouldn't mind being closer...

I bought 130, row P at around 10:10 a.m.  Not good enough though.  Must keep trying....must spend ridiculous $$ on tix every day it seems.

I got 4 tix in Sec. 130 Row K around 10:15.  I am very happy with those.

I stopped getting my Foo newsletter due to my ISP filter and don't want to miss out on the presale.  Anyone have the password for the Patriot center show?

 Thanks

The presale has been going on for well over a day now, so all the good tickets/seats that were up for presale are gone. You'll do much better by trying for the larger block of tickets on sale tommorrow at noon.

If you still want to try the presale though (against my advice) the password is "tictactoe".

Actually, they had great seats available this morning, but the presale ended at 10:00 a.m. this morning.

The presale for the Philly show is Tuesday morning.  Just got the email from the weezer mailing list.
