If there are any Firewater fans here, there are a bunch of new songs up on the Firewater myspace page!

(not the myspace music player though, the one below it)
Really digging the new songs, can't wait for the full album.

i am a fan of both firewater the band and firewater, the silkworm album.
-
Never listened to Firewater, but loved Cop Shoot Cop. What's the best album to start with?
-
Start at the beginning:
Get off the cross... we need the wood for the fire.
and then go to The Ponzi Scheme and last, Psychopharmacology. Their last two albums were okay but you could tell Todd was having issues at home.
I have been listening to Firewater for close to 9 years or so and seen them over twenty times, even did my very first gig poster for them years ago. They are great live and it is good to hear new stuff. One of the best concerts I ever went to was Firewater opening, Skeleton Key next, and Girls Against Boys headlining... perfect lineup.

What is that link to...it says I need a password...

I think I was at that show but missed Firewater. Saw GVsB and Skeleton key a bunch around that time.

i saw GVSB at the 930 club when they toured behind that horrible major label album they did. not a good show, but they were DJing afterwards and i vividly remember thatguy breakdancing in the middle of the club floor with a whole circle of people around him.
"true story"

It was 1996... The GVSB show was interesting. Getting smacked the back of my head by a guy who wanted to start a pit was memorable.

I made the offer to do it for free since I admire the band so much. We shall see...
