I read a bio saying they're like Tool. They certainly look like tools.

Vansmack, can you be more explicit, please?  :)

Charlie, they really sound like TOOL! And it seems that the singer shows his face (and not his ass, like the Tool singer...). So why do nobody go to this concert?

ummm, they may sound a bit like tool in that they are a cheap rip off of tool.

but they are nowhere NEAR the musicians or creative minds that Tool are.

perhaps they are more like Papa Roach.

They are not as good and creative (and totally crazy) than TOOL, I agree with you. I really like Tool.

according to  da wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevelle):

On June 14, in an interview found on Blabbermouth.net, drummer Sam Loeffler stated, "Of the 14 (stolen) guitars, we got two of 'em, and then we got some amplifiers back and our monitor system. So it's really, I mean it's cool because it's kind of like Christmas, only really weird. People have been calling us and saying, 'Hey, I bought this or that,'and you know, we're just doing our best to buy it back from them. And certainly the issue is not a money issue, it's about having the pieces of gear that you did all your records with."

having a picture of a bald britney on the bass drum is sorta cool, i guess... still no excuse for their music.
