I don't know - You're young, you're confused and you just don't care. "One foot in the door, the other foot in the gutter"

Ditto.

Achin' To Be - Maybe the most depressing Replacements song. You need some professional help. "She closes her mouth to speak and Closes her eyes to see Thought about an' only loved She's achin' to be Just like me"

Don't feel bad. That's what I got and I didn't even go for all the more depressing answers. And it didn't help that I own no Replacements albums because I just don't like them. That question about which is your favorite was a blind crap shoot for me because I don't know any of them....by choice. Ended up just picking the one that had a title that I was familiar with.

Can't Hardly Wait - You take life as it comes and roll with the punches, damn aren't you cool. "Lights that flash in the evening, Through a hole in the drapes I'll be home when I'm sleeping I can't hardly wait"

Interesting...I ended up with "I Don't Know," even though I always say "Achin' to Be" is my theme song.
-
Who are the replacements, again?
-
I'm "Achin' to Be" as well. Funny, I've been listening to my new copy of "Boink!" all week. What a damn fine record that is.
-
Here Comes A Regular - Quite the depressing song, but it contains the uplifting message that drinking can cure what plagues you. "Well a drinkin' buddy that's bound to another town Once the police made you go away And even if you're in the arms of someone's baby now I'll take a great big whiskey to ya anyway"
awesome

my answer - Waitress in the Sky
website's answer - Here Comes a Regular
Though I had an impossible time answering my favorite album. It changes year to year. 'Cuz they're all amazing (though I admit to not having Sorry Ma...)

let it be, all the way. not that i don't like most of them (except don't tell a soul really pisses me off sometimes)
anyone else hear the new westerberg disc? haven't made a decision, but its more of the bar room stuff. dug the first listen.

Go here to stream Paul's new release:

I swore I wouldn't buy any more Westerberg albums. They've gotten so boring, though I will say that Grandpaboy was good, reminded me of Replacements stuff, which is always a good thing.
And "Let it Be" is by far the BEST album, but sometimes I listen to Tim again and again. And sorry, "Don't Tell A Soul" is great -- I consider it Paul's best solo album.
