Looks like DBT (including Hood's dad) is Lavette's backing band on her new album.  Comes out Sept 25:  The Scene of the Crime (http://www.sys-con.com/read/382599.htm)
 
 Her last album was incredible

The Dick Barton Trio is back together?!?? Excellent...
