really, the best way is to get a cab.  you might be lucky and score parking at penn station - there is a large lot that is behind penn station, not sure what weekend day rates are.....at night its $2 for 4 hours i think.

looking forward to seeing secret machines + brazilian girls

per the artscape site:

 PARKING
Paid parking garages are located throughout the festival site including the University of Baltimore Garage on Maryland Avenue and the Symphony Center Garage at Park and Preston streets.

The Maryland State Office Parking lots at Eutaw and Preston streets are available with free parking during Artscape weekend.

There is also a light rail stop right in the middle of the festival.

I recommend taking the light rail.  Parking and driving anywhere near Artscape is beyond terrible.

I wish Ricky Skaggs was on Saturday, not Friday at 6 or 6:30 or whatever.

What is the name of the stop that is near the festival, and I am assuming you mean people can park at BWI or Camden Yards (?)

The stop is University of Baltimore/Mount Royal.  Coming from the South, there are parking lots at the Glen Burnie, North Linthicum, Nursery Rd, Patapsco and Baltimore Highlands stops.  Coming from the North, parking at North Ave., Mt Washington, Falls Rd, Lutherville, Timonium, and Hunt Valley

FYI: It just started raining here now. Of course, I'm about 12 miles north yet of Artscape and you know how blotchy summer storms can be but it's been looking rather ominious as the day has progressed.

I was going to hop on the Light Rail to check out Secret Machines since I live only about 4 miles down the road east of the train and it lets off right there at the festival but have decided against it because of the weather. Just don't feel like going through all that rain crap. I know it's still early enough to clear up by then but the forecast stated something about heavy storms this evening. Drat that! On the plus side, it's feeling ever so sweet.    :D

 -Edit-
 Suns out! Very humid.
