OK, so it's 10:05 and nothing is happening with the presale that was supposed to be started at 10:00. What's the dilly???
-
I know....this is nuts...
Thank goodness it's not just me....
Meanwhile, the Moveon.org presale is OVER. ;)
-
I just bought my 2 tix.
-
it's on sale now. a lot of times things don't become active exactly at 10.
I LOVE the 9.15$ convenience charge on those morrissey tickets.
no way in hell i'd pay $70. i paid $70 for a ticket to the ENTIRE weekend of the austin city limits festival.
i did, however, get pixies tickets this morning (for norfolk).
-
I was able to buy tickets at 10:04
-
Anyone got a url that goes somewhere besides the regular Ticketmaster site?
-
Anyone get orchestra seats?? I got 4 in sec F. Will try again tommorrow morning...
-
Leave it to my boss to come in at 9:58 and ask me to sit in on a quick 10 minute meeting.
-
I got 5th row at 10:02.
-
5th row where -- floor?
I couldn't get in until 10:11. My bad, I'm looking for 8 tickets, so we were getting the very back sections, and aren't doing it. Waiting until tomorrow. It's better now for 2 -- section C, for instance.

Uhhh, yeah, I'm gonna have to talk to you about those TPS reports. Didn't you get the memo?
-
You can still get pretty good seats for 2...not floor.
-
My first try around 10:10 yielded 2 in orchestra GG, gave those up and got 2 in orch row T...
-
I was on immediately when tickets went onsale, approx. 10:05. How is it possible that all tickets Orch through Box sets were sold out....
Question... Since this was a presale.... do they hold tickets for the actual sale tomorrow????
-
yup, they sure do, and you can definitely get Orchestra tomorrow. Just way more people trying...
-
Not all of the tickets are available during the presale. I'll bet only a few rows in each section were made available. There will be good seats available tomorrow as well.
-
Skeeter...er, um....Chutney, did you try for presale tickets?
-
And what's with the seating? I ordered three tix and it says I have seats 124-128? I've never been to Dar so not sure how seating works there. Anyone have any info?
-
ummm ...anyone willing to reveal what the presale password is, pleeeez??
-
Seats are numbered evenly on the right and oddly on the left. So if you're Orchestra, Section 4, your 3 seats might be 122, 124 and 126. Section 5 would be 121, 123, 125. All the seats in the middle two sections of the orchestra are in the 100s.
-
fantastic ! Thanks !
-
Knowing you lot are buying to tickets to see the great one while I'm sat here like a packet of tea is making me nauseous.

By the time the show comes around I'll be in a land far, far away!!!
Thinking about making Snow Patrol my swan song at the 930.

Wow, didn't realize you're leaving that soon, Mank. Congratulations and good luck. If you're at Snow Patrol, find me and I'll buy you an imported beer! ;)

I've heard rumours that Morisseys successful career was faked too!

HEY HEY HEY....I haven't left yet, so can still kick your arse...... ;)
-
I tried a few times starting around 10:10. It came up with the back of the floor (T, U, then GG), then up on the sides. I didn't get tickets. I'll try again tomorrow.

Yes, 5th floor (orchestra). I used the Morrisey Music password that was emailed to me (which was not the same as the 9:30 one). Maybe there were different ticket allotments for the different presales?
-
i didn't get a 930 presale password, although i am registered. what gives?

It was in the weekly e-mail newsletter sent out Wednesday evening. Double-check your spam blocker settings. The newsletter seems to always get trapped in mine and then I have to retrieve it.

I'm left out. :/
Can't afford the Moz ticket prices this time around, but perhaps by the time Sept. 29th rolls around, I might be able to and no worries, I think I may be able to snag one ticket on the day of the show.
I console myself with the fact that I've seen Moz three times in the past, and also, I'd love to see him in a general admission venue instead, and with a setlist not so heavy on "You Are The Quarry."
What else can I say? I'm trying to make myself feel better here. ;)
Cheers
DJ Medusa.

Wait youre leaving? And no one is throwing a party to celebrate, er, sadly wish you a bon voyage? Where are you going, back to angry, rainy, fish n chips-ville? And how did i miss this?

I used both passwords and was getting tickets in the back. I don't think the password you used mattered, just how quickly you got on. PreSales don't usually get you better seats, just an easier process.

Oh there's going to be a huge party......only it's after I've gone!!!
Off to Ireland, just a stones throw (or bombs throw if you're in Belfast and catholic) to fish n chipville.
