does anyone really use that term?  except for idiots who write about the supposed "who's who" that is the mci center? (3rd paragraph)

I read an article in the NYT that mentioned a public relations firm came up with the name "Penn Quarter."

that certainly has a better ring to it than "that shit area around mci."
