There's a decent place in Adams Morgan right next to CD Game Exchange. Lost Time Books or something like that.

I like Second Story Books in Dupont; it's on P just west of the circle. Has a nice dusty, lived-in, used book store feel, good bargains, especially on new release review copies in the front bookcases by the door; and lots of DVDs and interesting vinyl too.

we also have second story in Bethesda; and i've gotten some fabulous vinyl from those folks :)
