 I won't copy and paste the whole big thing...
 
 I think part of the problem is that any 24 year old with a guitar who lives in Rockville, USA with his parents who buy him a tour van now thinks he's a professional musician...we've got way, way too many "musicians" and not enough engineers in this country!
