In case you missed out...
-
I'm sorta upset I can't go to this now... I have mandatory skating practice that nigh and had to sell my ticket. *sigh*

Thank you for the heads up! I just bought 2.

Shite...I hope this doesn't mean the place is insanely packed.

Bags - It's a sold out show... of course it's going to be crowded?

I realize, but haven't you noticed that some sold out shows are more crowded than others? My exclamation was that they may 'oversell' this show a bit... Why would they have been holding tickets back? it's not like DAR or Verizon where the artist or promoter may have been holding a bunch of seats in the first few rows for guests or radio station ticket winners.

All gone. If anyone has an extra, please PM me.

the vanderslice/bishop allen show at RnR on saturday was very much over sold. never seen that place so packed.

Crowded - yes. But sold-out Black Cat shows aren't usually painfully packed from front-to-back. There's always plenty of room in the back of the club. I hope that's still the case.

So I have 3 tickets to this show that I had to charge, and there's a very good chance that now I have to miss the show because of work. Is there any way that I can transfer my name to a buddy of mine? How do these things work? You can't even have the damn tickets mailed when you charge them, it's will call only. Any ideas from you lovely folks?

i have no clue if this will work at the black cat, but its worked at a lot of places in nyc with will-call tix. give your friend a copy of the ticket purchase receipt and a copy of your id and credit card and they shouldnt have a problem getting in. i know bowery presents shows collect all the info and at the end of the night shred all copies of credit cards and driver's licenses. not sure how it works elsewhere.

You're a skater, Miss Prententious? I learn something new about The Woman of the 9:30 club every day.
