jeez i hope vice city has that feature. the eighties music on ps2 sucks. madness is a good call, but 'one step beyond' is a little better.

A) I disagree, Vice City's soundtrack is much much better than gta3
B) Yes you can, as I first saw the feature used by someone playing vice city on their pc.
