is there V.I.P @ 9:30? if so, how do you go about purchasing VIP passes?

the vip section at the club is handled differently every night.  sometimes it is open to the public.  sometimes it is for guests of the band.  sometimes it is for guests of the club.  there is never a way to purchase passes for the section.
