I heard from a friend that purchasing a parking pass no longer guarantees you a spot in the 9th street lot. Sorry to revisit a topic that i'm sure you're tired of, but I just want to get confirmation or denial of this rumor. Thanks.

Having a ticket still guarantees you a parking spot.
