Title: sun ra arkestra (sp?)opening for yo la tengo

wow i cant believe i missed the sun ra akestra..how long was their set? how was the sound? was it all improv in the "vain" of sun ra or did they actually play stuff like space is the place etc? did they have anything for sale?
