Great list over all. I have been hearing great things about Qualia for a long time and have yet to make it there. Baked and Wired, Filter and Tryst are all worthy inclusions.
I would have found a place for Sova who make a very good espresso on there but other than that, no complaints.

i had qualia for the first time today. definitely a great cup, can tell the difference. better than filter for coffee.
agree with the comment that dolcezza is missing.
need to make it out to pound and chinatown still.

Still yet to get to Qualia but everyone I know who has been raves. Peregrin makes an awesome espresso. Maybe I should rename this to The Coffee Thread.

QOTD: Chemex or HarioV60?
I'm looking to level-up my coffee game. I currently buy fresh beans weekly, grind daily using a manual burr grinder and only use filtered water. The weak link is that I still have a cruddy Mr Coffee that needs to go. So I'm looking into a pour-over to complete the upgrade. What's your preferred brand and why?
Confounding factor: 32 oz daily consumption.

Has to be one cup at a time so I just have a ceramic cone that I put over my cup
The bigger ones or if you’re pouring for more people
Coffee shouldn’t sit
especially on a burner/Heating element
Water temp is key to I like mine at 185 and I have a tea kettle that I can get exactly the temperature I think coffee nerds go for a little more 190-195
So I would spend $ to get a tea kettle that you can dial in the temperature
I haven’t gone Burr grinder yet but that’s my next upgrade
