Has it really been 20 years? That went quickly. The Boston show is sold out already. Should we make the trip to see them in D.C.?

Well you know the 930 Club.....
only thing I find strange about this show is that it is an early show.... part of me wonders if they thought this show would sell out quick and add a later show but that is not the sort of thing that the Club tends to do i think....so maybe they have something lined up for later that night and an early show was the only fit for the Breeders that night... they just don't seem like an early show band at all...

Markie welcome back!

and of course come see the show!

Josephine Wiggs is super friggin' talented in her own right. I know people think I'm nuts, but one of my desert island discs is the Josephine Wiggs Experience LP, "Bon Bon Lifestyle". It's excellent. I'm so excited to see her again. And the rest of the Breeders too.

I am SO sad to be missing this show. Their last show at the Black Cat was one of my favorites ever.

Whoa super throwback handle.

Kim has used that red bass since the 80's. That was the red bass that I saw in the street (in its case obviously) outside Steve Albini's house as the band were loading their gear into a van. I saw "PIXIES" on it and thought, "wow, I wonder who this band that's so into the Pixies that the put their name on their gear?" and it turned out ot be Kim's. Kim confirmed that she'd used it on "Doolittle". Normally I'm not a geek about gear, but I thought it was pretty neat.

I was there too!

He was my neighbor when I was growing up. And yes, I got to see his studio before he built Electrical Audio. Nash Kato from Urge Overkill was his roommate at one point, but suffice to say, it didn't last.

I meant I was at the show.
Although I do know that back in the day, you could show up at the Deal sister's house with a case of beer and hang with them...when I go to Ohio though I'm always at Cedar Point.
