I’ll unabashedly defend Heart, Spin doctors and 4 Non blondes. And pre-popularity Barenaked Ladies too.

I’ll unabashedly defend Heart
even factoring in BMI?
Spin doctors
I'd like to hear this defense (I'll accept the parking lot was a good way to source drugs in the 90s)

Nostalgia. First CD I ever purchased once I upgraded from a tape deck to a CD boombox. That big LP they had was deep as hell. Everyone knows the Little Miss Can't Be Wrong and Two Princes but like What Time Is It, Refrigerator Car, How Could You Want Him (When You Know You Could've Had Me)? That shit is straight 90s fire. Teabags the corpse of Joe Strummer.

Is that, like, a Smashing Pumpkins cover band?

I am imagining this in the cadence of Craig Finn on The Hold Steady's "Constructive Summer": "Teabags the Corpse of St. Joe Strummer!"
Works well.
