This is going to sound weird, but you ever seen that photo of Mick Jagger standing outside that dive bar in, I think, Charlotte, wearing a baseball cap. I could see Hutch passing for that after two long island iced teas. (Drank by the person making the identification, not Hutch.)

To be fair, I haven't seen a current photo of Frank Black in many years so the homeostasis around the weights may already be accomplished.

OK, here's a random question...has anyone ever confused you for a rock star? After 2 Frank Black solo shows in SF at the tiny Hotel Utah Saloon, folks came up both nights and thanked me for a great show. Frank wasn't even rocking a beard, yet somehow they thought I was him. Not sure I can say I look like him, but apparently some people think so.

that is a tiny venue, I think DC 9 can fit more people
but you are already a rock star, not everyone get's to introduce articles of impeachment on the floor of congress on live TV
( I will admit, I may have gotten that wrong)

Not sure I can say I look like him, but apparently some people think so.
Myself, no. I did go see Weezer out at MPP once with some buddies and the parking lot was very jammed up by the time we got to our car. So we decided we’d just hang out until it cleared and my buddy Nick pulls out an acoustic guitar and starts fucking around. Plays wonderwall and island in the sun and some basic white people shit.
No joke like 30 person crowd forms. People are yelling Rivers. Thinks it’s him and listens as he plays like three songs. This is particularly hilarious because Nick is probably 6’3” and 250 lbs and had cropped hair. He could not have looked less like Rivers Cuomo. It was really bizarre.
