I know that probably no one here is going.
It's just that you really should. :)

i would, but its just not worth the drive from richmond to me. i saw matt pond at the norva and it was fantastic; but a drive to baltimore in friday afternoon traffic just isnt worth it.

My girlfriend is dragging me to this show.

The Norva show was indeed fantastic. :) So was the 9:30 show in the spring.
So was this one, just a little short since they weren't headlining. I'd have liked to have heard something off Winter Songs, though, considering it is December. "Snow Day" would have been nice.
Straylight Run were good, though not quite as good as I remember them being at their show at the Norva.
And Kevin Devine was quite a nice surprise.

Kevin Devine was like an emo-hippie.
Matt Pond PA was excellent.
Straylight Run is still one of the most boring and awkward bands on the planet, and that guy can not sing.
Also, sup with so many annoying underage kids going to this show and trying to drink? We saw at least 8 people get tossed from the venue for that. Most of them got caught when they held up their beer bottles to cheer, exposing the giant black X's on their hands to the bouncers.
Emo kids are stupid.
