Title: Carnival/Mardi Gras?

i'm a little late on this one, but thought i'd try anyways: anyone got recommendations on places to check out in DC for carnival or mardi gras celebrations?
 
 the lady and i would love to go out tonight and samba (actually, watch other people who know how to samba) - any brazilian clubs out there?
