 Stones In Retail Battle

If you're planning on heading out to any major record store to buy some Rolling Stones material anytime soon, you're going to have a hard time. Canadian retailers HMV Canada, Pindoff Record Sales/Music World and Sunrise Records have pulled everything Stones from their stores. This move is a result of a decision in the Stones camp to release their four-disc DVD set "Four Flicks" exclusively through Best Buy and Future Shop. Toronto-based Rolling Stones tour promoter Michael Cohl, who represented the Stones in the deal, has yet to comment.

Don't worry. There will be enough in the used bins to get by, if you are so inclined.

Don't let the doodles bother you, they're just pissed off because they have to pay 10 times as much as you Canucks do for US made prescription drugs.

Maybe we should call it the "Best Not Buys of the Future" label.

The Elevation Tour Boston was offered pre-release in limited numbers to Best Buy, but the final release was not exclusive.

"Gary Arnold, Best Buy's senior vice president of entertainment, shrugged off the concerns about its exclusive deals and said that he expected Four Flicks to be the company's best-selling music DVD ever. "
