See new survey. If you want to see the list of the first 50 cities in the world, there is a link towards the bottom of the page, the link in the middle.

Isn't it about 99% white people in each of the top 10 cities?

How can a place have such a great quality of life it it completely lacks racial diversity?

wrong again!

Sydney's racial mix has drastically changed over the last half-century, with those claiming Anglo-Celtic ancestry falling from 96 per cent in the 1947 census to 64 per cent in the latest census, in 2001.

The oldest report I could find was released March 3, 2003 -- which is technically pre-war.

Baghdad was third from the bottom:

The worldâ??s least enticing city remains Brazzaville in Congo, despite its score rising one point from last year, to 28.5. Other poor-scoring cities for overall quality of life include Bangui in the Central African Republic (30), Baghdad (30.5) and Pointe Noire in Congo (32.5).

I certainly didn't see any Black or Hispanic people when I was there. I think the closest one was my sister in law back in Seattle.
