GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!!!!!

For Smackie and Barcelona....

 How was that then???  :D    :D    :D

How to go to someone's house and totaly destroy them, by Roy Keane, Forward by Sir Alex Ferguson.

If Arseholes spent as much energy trying to score goals as they do diving and feigning injury, they may get a result from United once in a while.

I don't agree with instant video replay in the beautiful game, it would just ruin it in my opinion, and give us nothing to argue about the next day, but video evidence should be used to punish this diving and faking injury shit after the fact, the ref can't be expected to see absolutely everything....it never happened till the foriegn players started to play in England.

I ventured out to the local village for the first time to watch the game in a boozer. I went into the first pub I came to and saw there were tellies in there but it seemed a bit subdued for such a big match. I noticed a larger telly in the back room so went there.........to be greeted by a sea of red Manchester United jersey's....."My friends", I said "I have arrived!!!!!"

Twas a beautiful thing Mank!

What did the Irish guys do when Johnny O'Shea scored that fantastic finisher?  Did the place go nuts.  I was thinking about you then.  I have also conceded to Smackette that she can leave me for O'Shea anytime she'd like and I'd be OK with it as long as was still playing for United.

There are few things better then watching the shoulders of Arsenal players drop after they lose a lead.  There is not fight in that team.  None!

I was at the World Bank´s bookstore in DC the other day and bought a book about soccer written by an American journalist. The book is "How soccer explains the world". I read a few chapters, the ones about Celtic-Rangers, the one about Red Star Belgrade and the one about FC Barcelona, now getting into one about Chelsea. Interesting book if you want to know a little bit more about soccer.

I hope you became more sympathetic towards FC Barcelona after reading the book. We may just have one European Cup, but while maybe being the most pacifist team in Europe, we still have fought hard against fascism.

The pub went nuts when Keano said to Vera in the tunnel before the match, "I'll see you out on the pitch"!

When O'Shea finished them off the whole place started screaming "O'Shea, O'Shea O'Shea O'Shea, O'Shea, O'Shea" to the same tune the S. Americans sing "Ole"

I then rang my mate in England, the Arsenal fan, but he had turned his phone off for obvious reasons!!!
