I'm definitely going.  I love Beauty Pill.  I'll be there in time to catch Medications.  From what little I've heard by them, they sound pretty good.  I'm especially curious to see if Travis' solo stuff is as bad as everyone claims.  Should be a great show.

Well, Beauty Pill was just as amazing as the last time I saw them.   Bombay, didn't see you, but that might be because I showed up just in time for Beauty Pill's set and left afterwards to go to DC9.   I'm really curious what the Medications were like, especially after what the knitted cap dude from Beauty Pill said about their set ("fucked up.")
 
 Also, the girl singer on the keyboards is new, right?  I don't remember her from last time around.

Medications were fantastic.  Great, tight 3-piece band.  Typical late-era Dischord sound.  If you like that kind of stuff, you'll love these guys. I can't wait to check them out again.  
 
 Yes, Beauty Pill has a new female singer.  Rachel moved back home (Seattle?) a couple months ago.  You can read about the new singer at Beauty Pill's  website.  She plays a mean frying pan.     I agree - they sounded great last night.
