Where is Rock n Roll Hotel in DC?

I saw High on Fire will be playing here on April 20th.  Anyone know where this place is?

Oh, damn! What a tease! I got really excited at first because I thought it was one of my friend's bands, whom I'd love to see, until I realised that I was thinking of House Of Fire.
 
 Isn't this one of those new places over somewhere in NE DC, or something like that?

it's going to be on H Street in NE... run by the same guys as DC9
