We passed a Vietnamese run massage parlor that had a sign that said "massage to completion." My wife didn't seem interested in having either of us stop there for some reason.

Other than that, I can say that I enjoy the French part of town more than the English part of town.

Foufounes Electriques is very 9:30-ish.  There doesn't need to be a show going on in order to have fun there.  Its always open and the bands are always pretty damn good.  Besides that there are bars and clubs of every kind.
Also, as if you didn't know, there is great hockey.  The Canadiens aren't the powerhouse they used to be so you can get decent tickets.  Even if you don't like hockey, just go.
I'm much more familiar with the French section - St. Catherine St. has craploads of restaurants and shops.  And tons of strip clubs if thats your thing.
The casino is hyped up but I didn't think it was anything great - I have to admit however that I'm not a big gambler.

 Have fun.

definitely have dinner at L'Express (3927 rue Saint-Denis) if you have a chance...it's on the pricey side, but you won't be disappointed. what isn't pricey in montreal anyway?

there's a great sneaker shop down in  old montreal...can't remember the name, but lots of famous musicians and artists stop by and sign the walls when they're in town. plus, amon tobin works at the shop next door to it.

schwartz' deli has the best smoked meat sandwiches...worth a wait in the line outside, even in cold weather.

if the weather is nice, a climb up mont royal is a good diversion with excellent views of the city.

bar bily kun is nice and there's a great lounge around the corner that has live dj's spinning 60's garage rock and other good stuff. both are a short walk up the street from L'Express.

 have fun!
